I'm a Product Designer with a strong background in startups, finance, and business administration. Born and raised in Taiwan, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, enabling me to create design solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. My career began as a bank teller, where I saw firsthand how financial technology (Fintech) can transform lives. This experience sparked my passion for UX design and led to a career shift into product design.

With over 2.5 years of experience in financial services, I transitioned into the design world, earning a degree in Human-Computer Interaction/Design from Indiana University. This education provided me with a deep understanding of design strategy, user interface standards, and the importance of user-centered research in driving impactful design decisions.

Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in managing teams, building strong relationships, and advocating for user experience design. Whether working in fast-paced startup environments or leading cross-functional teams, I focus on delivering meaningful, user-focused solutions.
